Encouragement is a wonderful gift. Encourage your friends with honest, kind words. Be the friend that reminds others of what they do well. Cheer your friends on and encourage them to strive to do their best! Compliment, congratulate and be happy in their successes, but also draw near with quiet sympathy and hope to encourage your friends when things aren’t so rosy.
